About 8th Grade Band
This year we will be working on new scales, playing more independent parts in full band, further developing our listening skills, being actively engaged and focused, counting rhythms and rests, new key and time signatures, and extending our range on our instruments.
We will also be going to Valleyfair in May!
Concerts:
We will have 2 concerts again this year. All concerts are performed in the Cafetorium at Forestview Middle School. Concerts are required so please mark them on your calendar.
Concert Attire:
We will be wearing the same Forestview Band Shirts from last year. If you do not have your shirt or the sizing has changed please wear a plain long sleeved black shirt.
