Please sign-up below for the Elks Booth Fundraiser. We will fill each shift with 6 students and 1 adult. If you are an adult chaperone for this event, your hourly wage will be credited to your student's band account. Adults should complete a sign-up separately from their band student. Completing this form does not mean you are signed up. You will be sent the work schedule via a link in remind. 
Due July 25th. Schedule will be created with those who are signed-up by that day.
